Refund Policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days.
You have to return the item as you received it, with the original labels and packaging.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
You can return the item through your local carrier at your own expenses.
For returns made from countries outside the European Union please contact us before you dispatch the item for further shipping instructions.
In any case the return is lost by the carrier we can’t refund or exchange anything.
Please notice that some screens are changing the color of the product, please have that in mind when you choose a product and check it on different screens if you have the possibility to avoid any mistakes.
Items with custom changes on the original design such as new details, another collar, longer or shorter, change sleeve design, etc.. are excluded from our return policy and will not be refunded.For custom-made items we don’t accept returns or refunds either exchanges.
