Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check the following:

Please note that all our products are made to order (check product description) so the estimated delivery time of your order will be the time we need to make the product plus the shipping time. Note also that all of our products are handmade and the time of production can vary from 3 to 6 days, depending on whether the material and shade is available.

Answer1) If a product is customized especially for your needs we don’t accept returns.

2) For returns made from non-EU countries we accept returns only via regular post office. The return cost is the customer’s responsibility.

3) All goods will be inspected on return and if they’re properly packaged, intact and with all their labels or tags on we will refund the price of the products and not the shipping costs.

A) To return a product bought from our website:

For any problems -including the item’s condition, size, quality or correspondence or completeness of the products- a report must be made within 3 days from delivery. Otherwise we can accept any case.

C) The customer will have to fill in every required detail of the Order form on the site and submit it after carefully reviewing the conditions and specifications of the product(s).

D) If the products returned by the customer arrive in damaged, incomplete, dirty or in any condition which can be interpreted without a doubt as they have been used, there will be no refund.
